HorizonRush operates purely as a Realm Atlas and portal registry. We do not sell games, process payments, or handle financial transactions of any kind on our website. Therefore, we do not issue refunds.

Contact Requests

If you encounter broken portal links or inaccurate game descriptions in our directory, we welcome your feedback. However, we cannot mediate disputes between players and external game developers regarding billing or account issues.

Support Scope

The Horizon Guild provides support limited to the functionality of the HorizonRush website itself. We cannot provide technical support, bug fixes, or account recovery for any of the anime RPGs featured in our catalog.
